history

At the time of partition, the self serving seniors of the family had decided even to partition the " Sarpakavu "the abode of he snake Goddess. Thus the Surpakavu came into the hands of A.C. Kallyanikkutty Amma of " Dwaraka " being her share.

A.C. Kallyanikkutty amma, a philanthropist and God fearing lady by nature, returned this prosperity to the Temple Trust duly.

Tha Arathil Bhagavathy Temple Tust is now keeping the plot in which the Sarpakavu is situated, which is about 1-1/2 acres in its custody.

While enumerating these developments and achievements of the family endowed by the sheer graces and blessings of the Arathil Bhagavathy and her associate deities, We conclude offering them our prayers
